Formulating in the absence of Phytate
28–30th September 2010
The Dupont Hotel
Washington, D.C.

Invitation only event
Consensus is required on optimal nutrition in a ‘phytate-free’ paradigm.

Phytase is one of the most significant nutritional developments in animal science in the last 20 years. Despite ubiquitous global use, several areas of obscurity persist in its application for optimal net benefit. AB Vista, University of Maryland, Massey University and Sydney University are co-hosting the first landmark event which aims to provide consensus on this issue.
The summit will be interactive and dynamic with short overview presentations, break-out discussion groups and plenty of time to network, discuss collaborative research goals and have fun!
